Steffen Thomas (1906-1990), Master Artist, immigrated from Germany and settled in Atlanta in 1930. Known for his commissioned sculptures and public works, Steffen was a prolific Expressionist who worked in a dazzling array of media: painting, printmaking, mozaics, and many more.
